Texas Licensed Therapists

Are you a dedicated licensed therapist ready to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families? Deblin CARES in Austin is looking for passionate LCSWs, PsyDs, and PhD Clinical Psychologists to join our team!

Available Positions

Licensed Therapist, Part-Time and Full-Time

Qualifications

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LPC, PsyD, or PhD Clinical Psychologist License

  • Valid Texas driver's license

  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience

  • Passion for child and youth services (a plus!)

  Responsibilties  

  • Provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling to diverse populations.

  • Conduct ANSA and CANS uniform assessments for both adult and child clients.

  • Offer guidance and supervision to case managers working with adult and child populations.

  • Opportunities for both office-based and in-home therapy.

  • Comprehensive training provided for uniform assessments and evidence-based curriculum.

  Responsibilities  

  • Assist clients with a Level of Care 3 and/or 4 by assessing treatment needs, developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with clients' therapists to ensure optimal stability and functionality.

  • Facilitate interdisciplinary approaches.

  • Arrange referrals and coordinate with social services, health, and governmental agencies.

  • Track client progress and satisfaction.

  • Complete documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Case Manager, QMHP-CS

Are you a compassionate and dedicated professional looking to make a positive impact in the field of mental health? Deblin CARES in Austin, TX, is seeking individuals like you to join our team as a Case Manager!

  Available Positions  

Case Manager, Full Time

  Qualifications  

  • Master's Level Degree

  • Master Social Worker (MSW)

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Passion for working with children (priority given)

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing mental health services, preferably in an outpatient setting

  • CPR Certification

  • Computer literate with some computer knowledge

  • Ability to work on a team

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
