Intensive Case Management
• Provides critical intensive services
to severely,emotionally/ behaviorally
disturbed clients.

Services are provided in the home, in
the community, or in school as needed.
•
Ages 5-17 years and Adults.
•
Services are provided as needed and
generally 2 times per
week.
• Intensive parent and family involvement.
